We process data supplied and arising from the relationship for orders, payment, delivery, invoicing, support, security, warranties, incidents, returns and withdrawal. With explicit consent, email is used for the newsletter and welcome discount. If you accept Marketing/Advertising, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API measure visits, products, cart actions, checkout starts and purchases for advertising measurement.

Contract performance and pre-contract steps cover purchases and support. Legal obligations cover tax, accounting and consumer duties. Legitimate interests may cover security and claims after balancing. Newsletter and Meta advertising measurement rely on separate, revocable consent.

You can buy without an account. If you request Mi MUNDUA access, Supabase Auth verifies your email using a one-time code delivered by Resend and maintains a secure session. We process the verified email, user identifier and technical authentication data to provide the requested access to orders for that email and protect the account. Signing in does not subscribe you to the newsletter and does not depend on advertising consent. You can sign out at any time and request account deletion through our contact address; this does not delete orders that must be retained.

Data is shared as needed with Stripe, carriers and logistics or dispatch providers, and authorities where required. Vercel hosts the site, Supabase provides database infrastructure and Resend delivers email. With advertising consent, Meta Platforms Ireland receives the events described above. MUNDUA remains the seller.

Some providers may process outside the EEA. Transfers use required mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards where appropriate. We do not claim all data remains in the EU.

Order and invoicing data is retained for legal and liability periods. Enquiries and incidents remain while needed. Newsletter data remains while active and minimum evidence after unsubscribe; pending links expire.

Request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable via hola@munduacamper.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Reasonable safeguards address unauthorised access, alteration or loss. The store is not directed at minors acting without required legal capacity or representation.
