We process data supplied and arising from the relationship for orders, payment, delivery, invoicing, support, security, warranties, incidents, returns and withdrawal. With explicit consent, email is used for the newsletter and welcome discount.

• Order, communications, incidents and evidence.
• Stripe status and references; no full card details are stored by MUNDUA.
• Newsletter email, status, timestamp, source and consent version, without IP storage.

Contract performance and pre-contract steps cover purchases and support. Legal obligations cover tax, accounting and consumer duties. Legitimate interests may cover security and claims after balancing. Newsletter processing relies only on revocable consent.

Data is shared as needed with Stripe, carriers and logistics or dispatch providers, and authorities where required. Depending on actual setup, Vercel may host, Supabase provide database infrastructure and Resend deliver email. MUNDUA remains the seller.

Some providers may process outside the EEA. Transfers use required mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards where appropriate. We do not claim all data remains in the EU.

Order and invoicing data is retained for legal and liability periods. Enquiries and incidents remain while needed. Newsletter data remains while active and minimum evidence after unsubscribe; pending links expire.

Request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable via hola@munduacamper.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Reasonable safeguards address unauthorised access, alteration or loss. The store is not directed at minors acting without required legal capacity or representation.
