Returns and withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to send an unequivocal decision without giving a reason via hola@munduacamper.com, the form or printable model. Notice within the period is sufficient.

Return without undue delay and within the following 14 days. The consumer bears direct costs for voluntary withdrawal. Keep dispatch proof and package appropriately.

MUNDUA refunds legally due sums, including ordinary delivery under statutory rules, within 14 days of notice. It may withhold until goods or proof arrive. The same payment method is used unless agreed, without fees.

Handling is allowed to establish nature, characteristics and operation. Damage, impacts, marks, dirt, installation or excess use, missing accessories, cut cables or improper handling may cause a legally applicable deduction after assessment. Opening or installing does not automatically remove rights.

State if goods are incorrect, defective or non-conforming. MUNDUA bears legally due costs for its error or lack of conformity and remains seller and contact, even with internal technical assistance.

Statutory conformity rules apply. Incorrect installation, polarity or voltage, impacts, out-of-spec moisture or misuse are assessed by actual cause. Warranty is not automatically denied merely because the item was installed.

The model form can be printed but is optional if the decision is communicated clearly otherwise.
