General Purchase Terms

The seller is MUNDUA CAMPER, S.L. These terms cover B2C and B2B purchases. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Valid transaction-specific written B2B terms prevail where applicable.

Essential characteristics appear on product pages. Images aid identification; minor colour or presentation differences that do not alter characteristics are not alone a breach. Orders depend on actual availability; if unavailable, MUNDUA will inform and provide the legally due remedy, including refund where appropriate.

Consumer prices include VAT unless clearly stated. Products, discount, delivery and total are itemised before payment. Obvious errors are reported before acceptance and no unapproved amount is charged.

Customers select products, review cart, enter delivery and billing, any code, review the summary and accept these terms. “Order with obligation to pay” starts secure payment. Confirmation follows payment validation and email. Errors must be corrected before paying and data must be accurate.

Stripe processes payment securely. MUNDUA receives references and status but not full card details. The server reconstructs all amounts and never trusts browser-manipulable prices, discounts or shipping.

We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, not the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. VAT-inclusive rates: €14.90 STANDARD, €22.90 HEAVY / MULTIPLUS and €31.90 SOLAR_PANEL; the highest class applies. Free shipping starts at €300 of products after discounts. Usual in-stock delivery is 2–4 business days, as an estimate.

Inspect the parcel and report damage, shortages or errors promptly, with photographs if useful. Prompt notice helps carrier claims but does not remove conformity rights. Do not install visibly damaged goods if this could worsen damage.

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without a reason by email or web form. The model is optional. Notice must be unequivocal and timely; the consumer bears direct voluntary-return costs.

Return without undue delay and within 14 days after notice. MUNDUA refunds sums legally due, including ordinary delivery under statutory rules, by the same method unless agreed, without fees. It may withhold until goods or sufficient evidence arrive.

Handling is permitted only to establish nature, characteristics and operation. Damage, impacts, marks, dirt, installation or excess use, missing accessories, cut cables or improper handling may cause the legally corresponding value deduction after assessment. Opening or installing does not automatically remove rights.

For incorrect, defective or non-conforming goods, MUNDUA bears legally due costs and provides statutory remedies. New consumer goods have the current statutory liability period, presently three years from delivery. MUNDUA is seller and contact even if using technical partners internally.

Incorrect installation, polarity or voltage, impacts, out-of-spec moisture or misuse are not automatically attributable to MUNDUA. Deficient contractual instructions remain subject to applicable conformity rules. Causes are assessed without automatic exclusions.

Data is retained for invoicing in MUNDUA's current system, ContabilidadAutonomos. The website assigns no official invoice series or numbers; order confirmation is not a tax invoice.

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of more favourable mandatory rules. Good-faith resolution is sought. Consumer jurisdiction follows applicable law; Tarragona is not imposed exclusively.
